Condominiums
In Massachusetts, a condominium is a unique, statutory form of ownership in which residents own their Unit with a percentage interest in the jointly owned Common Areas. Lewis & Sullivan, P.C. help builders and developers in the legal process of establishing new construction condominiums or clients interested in converting existing multi-family dwellings into condominiums. Our experience and work with condominiums includes:
